This patient is a 27 year old that comes from the El Paso area to consult with Dr. Martin for a breast lift and enhancement.  She has some concerns with her asymmetry.  Specifically her left breast sits slightly lower than her right. She is about 5'1 and weighs around 140lbs.  In the operating room, Dr. Martin performed a bilateral standard mastopexy lifting the left breast and nipple slightly more than the right breast and nipple to match.  In addition, a bilateral breast enhancement was done in the submuscular position.  These are her before and after pictures of her Bilateral Breast Lift with Bilateral Breast Augmentation using 450cc Smooth Round High Profile Silicone Gel Implants. After her procedure, the patient has an excellent result with lifted and fuller breasts as well as minimal scarring.
