Dr. Martin and the staff at Martin Plastic Surgery is committed to the health and well-being of our patients. Your safety and well-being is a top priority for us.
As you are aware, health officials are keeping a close watch on the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19. We are actively monitoring updates regarding the spread of the coronavirus from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
In an effort to mitigate the risks associated with the coronavirus, Martin Plastic Surgery has implemented the following measures:
- Follow-up appointments: We are limiting the amount of follow-up appointments. If you are experiencing issues or pain, please call and we will schedule you. However, for routine followup appointments with no issues or concerns, we will reschedule your appointment 4-6 weeks out. Dr. Martin would like to limit public exposure to all patients.
- Consultations, Pre-Operative Appointments and Post-Operative Appointments: We consider these essential appointments. Our office IS OPEN and operating as usual for these appointments. We are limiting exposure to our patients by reducing the amount of people in our waiting area. We ask that you only bring one (1) person with you to your appointments and please do not bring children. Also, if you are feeling ill, please reschedule your appointment.
- Enhanced cleaning: We are taking extra measures in the waiting area, offices and restrooms to keep the areas clean and sanitary. As always, we have sanitizer placed throughout the office and we are cleaning each room after patient use. Our surgical suite is, and will always be, a sterile environment and we are fully accredited with American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF).
If you have any questions and/or concerns, please do not hesitate to call our office at (575) 521-7111. Thank you for your understanding and consideration of others during this time.
